In lieu of recent events regarding COVID-19, WCARC meetings will be held via radio on the 146.685 repeater until further notice.
The date and time remain the same, second Tuesday each month at 7:00 pm. The on-air meeting will take the place of the ARES net on this night. The 443.775 repeater will also be monitored during meeting time.

Just a reminder the White County ARC is having their election of officers tomorrow evening, 1/14/20, at 7:00pm at the 1st Methodist Church (23 N Church St) in Sparta.

Sad news to start the New Year off. Jim Frysinger WE4SI is in the hospital from a fall he had at home getting in-to his truck. A couple of broken ribs and a blood clot on his lung.
He will be out of pocket for awhile.

The WCARC meeting for August 13th, 2019, has been canceled due to the possibility inclement weather. The next meeting will be September 10th, 2019.
If the need arises, there will be a severe weather net tonight. Monitor local repeaters for more information.
